The Metropole is the perfect base from which to explore Cape Town and the area’s endless touring options and beaches. Located in famous Long Street, the hotel is close to Green Market Square, as well as award-winning restaurants, theatres, nightclubs, bars, shopping centres, championship golf courses and other sporting facilities.

Payment and cancelation conditions
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs ZAR 50.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
