Myriad restaurants and bars are within minutes of our front door, on Main Road and beyond in the renowned Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the focal point of Cape Town's day and night life. Nearby is De Waterkant, the "village" of Cape Town which is packed with bars, music venues and eclectic eateries. A few minutes away by taxi is Long Street, the inner city’s most charming road, full of interesting shops and restaurants housed in historic old Cape architecture. Just up the hill is the winding Kloof Street, with its array of shopping and dining emporiums. The ocean is merely a few minutes walk away, with its promenade and the promise of unforgettable sunsets.

Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
Children older than 12 years are welcome. One child from 12 to 18 years is charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
