Classic One bedroom apartment (2+0)

Apartments range in size up to a maximum of 70 m² in area. Each apartment has a balcony with Canal View. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Most of the one-bedroom apartments have separate showers.
Classic 2-Bedroom Apartment (4+0)

These apartments have views looking over the Waterfront Canal and offer en suite bathrooms and a guest bathroom with shower. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Classic 3-Bedroom Apartment (6+0)

These apartments have views overlooking the Waterfront Canal. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is also a full bathroom and a 3rd with a shower and a guest toilet.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs ZAR 30.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs ZAR 150.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
